DJTECH provides SaaS solutions for smart device management and automation. Our services include device connectivity, analytics, monitoring tools, and related technological support.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access our platform, users must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic cycle (monthly or annually). By choosing a plan, you agree to pay the scheduled fees associated with your selected tier.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with service performance, transmitting malware, or using the service for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, interfaces, and branding associated with DJTECH are and remain the exclusive property of DJ TECH PLT. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DJ TECH PLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
